- All Reservations are not pre-paid, payment will be taken at hotel directly.
- Must provide a valid credit card at the time of booking.
- Credit card must be valid and in the name of the guest who is checking in.
- All Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance prior to arrival.
- All reservations must be canceled 36 hours prior to arrival to avoid a 1 night room and tax penalty.
- All arrivals must be before 11:45 PM to avoid losing room and to avoid a 1 night room and tax penalty.
- All no show reservations will be charged a 1 night room and tax penalty.
- Must be 19 years to rent a room
- No Pets Allowed In The Property
- Any Guest observed With A Pets In The Room Asked To Leave Without Refund And Extra Cleaning Fee Will Be Ally.
